OxSarc: The Oxford Sarcoma Service
Welcome to the Oxford Sarcoma Service website. Sarcomas are tumours of bone and soft tissue. We are an NHS and University of Oxford team based in the Oxford hospitals. We diagnose, treat and research sarcoma.
We provide a comprehensive sarcoma service to children and adult patients from central and southwest England. If you either suspect that you might have developed or have been diagnosed with sarcoma, then please look at our information for patients. If you are a clinician either seeking an opinion or referring a patient for multi-disciplinary review and treatment, then please look at our information for clinicians about how to make a referral and who to contact.
For more information about what we do, then please look at our team members. We also promote sarcoma research in Oxford with the goal of developing new treatment approaches, and we have launched a registered charity called the Oxford Sarcoma Charity. Finally, please look at the links for further information and contact us if you have questions.
DO YOU THINK A WEB BASED SARCOMA SUPPORT GROUP IS A GOOD IDEA? Post your comments in the get in touch box.
